How can I get a more detailed error using Developer Tools?

Using Developer Tools will help get detailed information about an error received in ASEBA-PC, ASEBA-Network, and ASEBA-Web and will also help ASEBA Tech Support to solve your issues more quickly.

**It is possible that the above will not produce an error in ASEBA-PC. If it does not, follow these instructions to launch the host server from the command line first: (1) Rename the ASEBA-PC 2015 v1 directory to not include any spaces, for example to "ASEBA-PC2015v1" located in C:\ASEBA\ (2) From the command prompt, run the following: C:\ASEBA\ASEBA-PC2015v1\Hostserver\ASEBA.PIe.Customer.PC.HostServer.exe C:\ASEBA\ASEBA-PC2015v1\2015 8000 (The 8000 is for the port number. The number may be changed to a different port, such as 8001. When you are done, change the folder name back.)
