# How do I add a clinician on a form for ASEBA-PC or ASEBA-Network (prior to ASEBA-PC 2026)?

Please use the **Start a New Assessment **wizard to add an assessed person, add a form (when adding a form, the option to type in the clinician's name or select a clinician from a drop-down list is available).
