# How do I reset an informant’s password?

To reset an informant's password, click on the **INFORMANTS** tab next to the **DIRECTORIES**tab in the left column.

Click on the Informant to highlight them. Click on **INFORMANT DETAILS** tab. Click on **Reset Password** tab.

Click on**Yes**to reset the informant's password.

The program will create a new password for the informant.

**ASEBA-Web does not send passwords to informants.** Clincians need to let informants know what their new password is. Once you have copied the password, click **Close**.
