# How do I score or view a report?

**Please note, this will be the same for ASEBA-PC, ASEBA-Network,  and ASEBA-Web.**

Please make sure that the **Start New Assessment** tab was used to create the Assessed Person, add the form, and add the informant (with ASEBA-Web, the form having been sent and submitted back from the informant). 

**To score** and/or view a report, from the DIRECTORIES tab, click on the Assessed Person to highlight them, then select the form you would like to score. Click the **Score Report** tab.

Please make sure that the Assessed Person has age,or DOB and gender selected in the form, or the form will not be able to be scored.  **To open any form in the program, click on the form and then click on the Key Entry tab. **

The report can be printed out by clicking on the print icon or downloaded in pdf or tiff format by clicking on the **download arrow** and choosing the format. The file will automatically download to your Downloads folder.
