# How to Fix Missing Data Error in Any Form

To fix any missing data error in ASEBA-PC, ASEBA-Network and ASEBA-Web, please click on the Assessed Person under the **DIRECTORIES** tab in the left column, click on the form that is missing data in the right column to highlight it. Click on the **KEY-ENTRY** tab. The form will open and  any information that is missing can be filled in.  Once the data has been corrected, please click **Save and close.**

For example below,**Problem Items** tab was clicked and two answers were blank that needed to be answered. Once corrected, click on **Save and Close**.

The form can now be scored by clicking on the form to highlight it and clicking on the **Score Report** tab.
