How to Remove Clinicians from Drop-down List in Add Form Window in ASEBA-Web (Administrators Only)

Once logged into ASEBA-Web, click on ADMINISTRATION tab, then MANAGE DICTIONARIES tab, then click on CLINICIANS tab.

Click on the clinician you would like to remove to highlight the name from the list in the left column and then click on the Enable/Disable tab.

Uncheck the Enabled check box and click on Change tab. The clinican will no longer show up in the drop-down list of clinicians in the Add Form page.
