# I get an “invalid credentials” error message when signing into ASEBA-PC

When getting "invalid credentials" error while trying to log into ASEBA-PC, the issue is usually the password. Please reset the password. Click on the **I forgot my password** link and follow the default prompts. **NO DATA IS TOUCHED IN THIS PROCESS**.
