I get an “invalid credentials” error message when signing into ASEBA-PC

If you are getting an invalid credentials error message when signing in to ASEBA-PC, you will need to manually reset your password. Please click on the "I forgot my password" link and follow the default prompts. NO DATA IS TOUCHED IN THIS PROCESS. If a pop-up appears asking for an administrative username and password, your login to your computer does not have administrative rights and you need to contact your own IT department and ask them for elevated right to finish resetting your password.  If you do not see the forgot password link on your sign-in screen, you likely have an older version of ASEBA-PC; please email us at techsupp@aseba.org so that we may send you the latest version.
