I'm getting a "server error" message on ASEBA-PC; what do I do?

If you see a server error message in your ASEBA-PC program, please close out of the program and check to make sure your computer is up to date. If you have not installed the latest updates on your computer, you may see this message.

If your computer is up to date and you are getting this error message, please take a screenshot of the error and email it to us at techsupp@aseba.org. In your email, please also specify when you see the server error (e.g., when viewing a form, scoring a report, etc.).

If you have an older ASEBA-PC program (2015-2019), please let ASEBA Tech Support know and they will send you the updated installer file.
