Internal Server Error - Regional Fix

We found that Windows Updates changes some settings on ASEBA-PC out of the USA.  So, if you choose English as the Regional Format for ASEBA-PC, it will work immediately.

 Then, if you see any issues, you can pick and choose date, time and number formats, also in Windows Regional Format Settings.

 To change the Region, please type in Control Panel in the search area near the start button:

Go to Clock and Region:

Click on Region:

Choose the dropdown arrow for the language of English:


Choose English with your country:

 ASEBA-PC should work once this is done.
