The informant has filled out and submitted the form; why won’t the scores show?

Make sure that the assessed person's age, gender, and date of birth are filled out. If any of these are left blank, the program will not be able to calculate the score because that information is needed to determine which norms to use. Further, if the informant left 8 or more problem items blank, scores cannot be calculated.

To verify that all information is entered, click on the assessed person, select the form in question in the middle of the page and choose "key entry". Verify that AGE and GENDER are entered, and make sure ALL ITEMS are answered on the problem items page. Please fill in any missing data, save the form, and score it again.
