What if a respondent endorses two different items when his/her comments indicate that the endorsements of both items refer to exactly the same problem?

Answer:  Score only the item that most specifically describes the problem.  For example, if the respondent endorsed item 1. Acts too young for age and also endorsed item 84.  Strange behavior, describing the behavior as "acts babyish", only the score for item 1 should be counted.
