Answer: As data from more societies become available, we will determine which norm group is appropriate for each society. If your version of the software for scoring the OASR and OABCL does not have this information for a particular society, check the listing of societies at aseba.org. If no data are available for the society in question, you can display the individual’s scores in relation to norms for societies similar to the society in question. Using the Compare Scores function, you can also display the individual’s scores in relation to the Group 1, 2, or 3 norms to see whether your decisions would differ according to the different norms.
