# What if the respondent scores two different items when his/her comments indicate that they refer to exactly the same problem?

**Answer: **Score only the item that most specifically describes the behavior.  For example, if the respondent circled a 1 for item 2. *Acts too young for age* and also circled a 1 for item 80. *Strange behavior*, describing the behavior as "acts babyish", only item 2 should be counted.
