Please note: this will be the same for both the PC and WEB program.
If you have added in the same assessed person twice, you can easily merge the two. To do this, click on the assessed person you want to move, and select the "directory" drop down box and click "cut". Now you can click on the assessed person you would like to merge to, and select "merge" from the directory drop down box.
Alternatively, you can right click on the name of the assessed person and select "cut", then you can right click on the assessed person you wish to move to, and select "merge".
