To check the amount of e units in your account, please click on your name at the top of the page. From here, select "Account Status". This will tell you how many e units you have in the account, and when your account expires.
If you click on your name and do not see the option for "Account Status", you will need the account administrator to look up the account status for you.
Only Account Administrators are able to look up the Account Status. Please contact your account administrator for inquiries about your e units.
