To reset your ASEBA-PC password, please click the “I forgot my password” link on the login screen. There is a video offering more information here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XI-9MELTbqs
If you do not see that link, please call 802-735-1540 and we will send you our updated program installer. Once the new installer is installed on your computer, You should then see the “I forgot my password” link the next time you open the program.
Once you have clicked on "I forgot my password link", please minimize the program, as the reset password window sometimes opens up behind the program.
You will see this window next. This does not delete data, just users that you can recreate.
Next, log in with admin and Password 77. At the next screen please still use admin as the username and current password as Password77, then chose a new password – it has to be 10 characters long with a capital, a number. Check off the Eula agreement and click on Change.
You can now log in with admin and you new password.
We highly recommend that you add another admin account, so you have another way to get into the program and you can reset your own password for your original account and vice versa.
Please log into ASEBA-PC 2015/2019, click on My Account and Users Management
Click on the New tab, fill out the information on the right screen and click Save. You will then be able to log in with either account.
To reset the password for your original account, please log in with the new account credentials you just created, click on My Account, Users Management, click on your account name, make sure that “Requires password reset” is unchecked, so the program will not make you change your password again, and then click on Set Password to change it.
