To reset your ASEBA-PC password, please click the “I forgot my password” link on the login screen. There is a video offering more information here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XI-9MELTbqs
If you do not see that link, please close the program and go to the following website and download the patch:
You should then see the “I forgot my password” link the next time you open the program.
It is also HIGHLY recommended that you create more than one administrator account on the program, so that you have more than one way to get into the ASEBA program, and you can also reset your own passwords to your accounts. Once you have logged into the ASEBA program, go to My Account, Users Management and click on the New tab. Please fill out all information on the right column and choose Administrator from the Role drop down menu (you will need a different email for the second account).
To reset your password for your original account, and you have created the new administrator account, please log in with the account you just created and go to My Account, Users Management, click on your original account, uncheck Requires Password Reset (so the program doesn't make you reset the password again), and click on Set Password.
