Anyone who can log in to the program as an administrator can reset your password through the Users Management menu option under the "My Account" menu.
If that is not an option, it depends on which product you are using:
1. ASEBA-Web, click "I forgot my password" and enter the email address associated with the account.
2. ASEBA-PC 2015: Click "I forgot my password" and go through the passport reset tool. If you do not see an "I forgot my password" link, update to the latest version first, and the link will appear. The update patch is available at http://aseba-pc.aseba.org
