Anyone who can log in to the program as an administrator can reset your password through the Users Management menu option under the "My Account" menu. This is the best and easiest way to reset a password.
If that is not an option, it depends on which product you are using:
1. ASEBA-Web, click "I forgot my password" and enter the email address associated with the account2.
2. ASEBA-PC: Click "I forgot my password" and go through the passport reset tool. If you do not see a link, update to the latest version first, and the link will appear. The update patch is available at http://aseba-pc.aseba.org
