First check the version of your ADM. If it is below version 9, and is on a Windows 7 or 8 computer, it will not work. Only version 9 ADMs are compatible with Windows 7 and 8.
If you do have version 9, and can see the lines on the graph when you preview the report, you will need to adjust your printer settings. Please ask your IT department to help you with this as we do not provide support for anything other than our software.
You may need to download the PDF of the profile to be able to view the lines. To do this, select to "preview" the report, and in the top left corner there will be a printer button, and a download button. The download button looks like a envelope with a down arrow through it. Save the PDF of the profile, and open it up and you will see the lines on the graph.
