How do the profiles differ from the previous editions?

Answer: Chapter 2 describes the current profile scales in detail. Briefly, the main innovations include (a) the age span on the CBCL and TRF has been changed to start at age 6; (b) the borderline clinical range for CBCL and YSR competence scales now spans T scores 31-35 (3rd to 7th percentiles); (c) the borderline clinical range for syndrome scales now spans T scores 65-69 (93rd to 87th percentiles); (d) the syndrome scales have been revised; and (e) DSM-oriented scales have been added.
