How can I avoid storing PHI on a workstation with ASEBA-PC?

The following workflow could be used:

1. Key-enter the assessed person in ASEBA-PC without entering the patient’s name. Initials, or numbers could be used. The name could be left blank. Gender and date of birth or age are required.

     2. Print the scored profile report.

 3. If you work in a hospital, you scan the report into the patient’s record in your organization’s                 electronic medical records system.

4. Delete the assessed person by clicking on the assessed person to highlight them, click on DIRECTORY tab, and DELETE. Also, RIGHT clicking on the assessed person and selecting Delete.
