Should cross-informant data be shown to youths?
Answer: If—after viewing the syndrome bar graphs—a user decides it would be helpful to have a youth who is the identified client see the bar graphs that include the youth’s YSR (or ASR for youths >18 years old) syndrome scores, the user should obtain the consent of the youth and the relevant parent figure(s). The user should also decide whether to include ASR, ABCL, CBCL, and TRF syndrome scores. Youths should typically be at least 15 years old to be shown the cross-informant bar graphs.
