How does software for “electronic delivery” come to me?

If ASEBA software or ASEBA manuals are ordered for electronic delivery, they will be sent to the email address provided on the order. The orders will be sent from customer service (mail@aseba.org) or through our University of Vermont file transfer system. Items will be delivered within 24 business hours, and depending on how strict the spam settings are on your organization’s network, the email may show up in your spam folder. Please allow 24 hours to receive your products and please be sure to check your inbox as well as your SPAM folder.
