How do I view the latest log file?

The log files are stored in the following folder: C:\ASEBA\ASEBA-PC 2015 v1App

The easiest way to get the latest log files is to do the following:

  1. Copy the following folder path onto your clipboard (highlight it and press Ctrl+C)
    C:\ASEBA\ASEBA-PC 2015 v1
  2. Paste the path (press Ctrl+V) into the search box next to Windows icon in lower left hand corner of the screen.
  3. Press Enter
  4. Click the “Date modified” column to sort by that column. The top-most item should be the latest log file. If it is not, click “Date modified” again. The log file name will be a long series of numbers.

Double click on the log file to open it, copy the text, and send it in an e-mail to techsupp@aseba.org. Please also specify your operating system and what version of ASEBA-PC you are using.
