New in v4.4.1.0: Password History Tracking

With the release of v4.4.1.0, ASEBA-Web™ now tracks the recent password history for all users.  When setting a new password, a user cannot reuse a password from the recent password history.  This prevents users from cycling between a small number of passwords when resetting and is often a component of an organization’s password policy.

Users with Administrator access to ASEBA-Web™ can configure the number of recent passwords that are preserved in the history.  The default and minimum setting is three passwords, but ASEBA-Web™ can be configured to retain up to 24 recent passwords.  Administrators can do this and alter other password parameters in “Manage Account Settings”.
