Once logged into ASEBA-Web, on the right hand window there is a HELP FOR NEW USERS tab next to RECENT ACTIVITY tab. 

Under this tab is the Quick Start Guide, the ASEBA-Web Procedures Manual and our frequently asked questions website answers.aseba.org.
