The informant has filled out and submitted the form; why won’t the scores show?

Make sure that the assessed person’s age and gender, or date of birth and gender are filled out. If any of these are left blank, the program will not be able to calculate the score because that information is needed to determine which norms to use. Further, if the informant left 8 or more problem items blank, scores cannot be calculated.

To clarify that all information is entered, click on the assessed person, select the form in question to highlight the form, then click the Key Entry tab to open the form to clarify the AGE and GENDER are entered (located in first tab of the form). Make sure ALL ITEMS are answered on the Problem Items page. Please fill in any missing data, save the form, and click on the Score Report tab.
