I get an “invalid credentials” error message when signing into ASEBA-PC
When getting “invalid credentials” error while trying to log into ASEBA-PC, the issue is usually the password. Please reset the password. Click on the I forgot my password link and follow the default prompts. NO DATA IS TOUCHED IN THIS PROCESS.

If the I forgot my password link is not visible, the version may be very old. Please contact ASEBA Tech Support at techsupp@aseba.org for a new version of the ASEBA-PC installer.
