I’m getting a Server Error message on ASEBA-Web; what do I do?

If you get a server error message in ASEBA-Web, please refresh your page first. If the problem persists, please sign out of your account and sign back in. If this doesn’t work, exit out of your browser, reopen the browser and try signing in again or try a different browser. If the problem is still occurring, please send an email to techsupp@aseba.org.
Also, please make sure to use Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Safari as Internet Explorer is not supported by Microsoft any longer.
