Internal Server Error – Regional Fix

This error should no longer occur with the updated ASEBA-PC 2026. If you have an older version of ASEBA-PC, we found that Windows Updates changes some settings on ASEBA-PC out of the USA.  So, if you choose English as the Regional Format for ASEBA-PC, it will work immediately.

Then, if you see any issues, you can pick and choose date, time and number formats, also in Windows Regional Format Settings.

 To change the Region, please type in Control Panel in the search area near the start button:

Select Clock and Region:

Click on Region:

Select the dropdown arrow for the language of English:

Select English with your country and click Apply.

 ASEBA-PC should work once this is done.
