I’m getting an error stating that PROFILE NOT DISPLAYED: More than 20 problem item are missing, Age or Gender are missing, or The scores could not be computed due to missing or invalid data when trying to score a report.

**Please note, this will be the same for ASEBA-PC, ASEBA-Network, and ASEBA-Web.**

If any of the following error messages occur while trying to score a report, please close out of the error page. Click on the form to be scored and then click on the Key Entry tab. Key entry will open any form in the program.

Once the form is open, for the PROFILE NOT DISPLAYED: More than 20 problem items scores are missing error, please fill in the missing items under the Problem Items tab, Save and close. Click on Score Report tab once again.

For Age and Gender are missing, scores could not be computed errors, please close out of the error page. Click on the form to score, click on Key Entry tab to open the form.

On the first page of the form, please check to see if age, gender and DOB are filled in. Then click Save and close. Click on Score Report tab once again.

For The scores could not be computed due to missing or invalid data errors. Please close out of the error page. Click on the form to be scored. Click on Key Entry tab to open the form. Click through each tab (except VERIFICATION) and make sure all questions are answered. Once the form is complete, click on Save and close. Click on Score Report tab once again.
