Why aren’t there multicultural norm groups for the tobacco, alcohol, and drug items?

Answer: We have not constructed multicultural norm groups for the substance use items because the scores were too low to warrant scaling. However, answers to the OASR and OABCL questions about the use of tobacco, alcohol, and drugs and the number of days drunk are apt to be useful for evaluating individuals.
