My ASEBA-Web account is expiring. How do I export my data?

If an ASEBA-Web account is expiring and the organization would like to save the ASEBA data, please follow the directions below:

Login to the ASEBA-Web account and RIGHT click on the Root folder and choose Export Data.

Select the file type: choose between Raw Data, Scored Data, or Combined Raw and Scored Data. For the example below Combined Raw and Scored Data was chosen.

Select the file format: Excel was chosen in the example below.

Select No for no date range, or Yes for a specified date range.

If choose Yes, specifiy the date range and click Next.

Click on Export.

If you chose to export your data in Excel file format, your data will be located in your computer’s Downloads folder; it will be labeled ASEBA_Raw_And_Scored_Data_Combined.xlsx. Alternately, if you chose to export your data in SPSS format, your data will also be located in your computer’s Downloads folder–this time it will be a .zip archive labeled ASEBA_Raw_And_Scored_Data_Combined.zip.
