I get “invalid credentials” when signing in to ASEBA-Web

If you are getting the "invalid credentials" message while signing into ASEBA-Web, you can either (1) click the "I forgot my password" link below the sign in button on the login page or (2) ask your account administrator to reset your password. If you get an error message or are unable to reset your password for any other reason, please contact technical support at techsupp@aseba.org. Please include your account name/number and indicate that you need your password to be reset.
