To reset your ASEBA-PC password, please click the “I forgot my password” link on the login screen. There is a video offering more information here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XI-9MELTbqs23.
If you do not see that link, please call 802-735-1540 and we will send you our updated program installer. Once the new installer is installed on your computer, you should then see the “I forgot my password” link the next time you open the program.
Once you have clicked on "I forgot my password" link, please minimize the program, as the reset password window sometimes opens up behind the program. Then, click Next.
You will then see this window. This does not delete data, just users that you can recreate.
Next, log in with admin and Password77. On the next screen please still use admin as the username and Password77 as the password, then chose a new password; it has to be 10 characters long with a capital letter, a lowercase letter, and a number. Check off the EULA agreement box and click Change.
You can now log in with username admin and your new password.
We highly recommend that you add another admin account, so you have another way to get into the program and you can reset your own password for your original account and vice versa.
