New in v4.4.2.0: Informant Selection

We have made changes to how informants are selected in the “Add Form” screen. In previous versions, the informant selection piece was crammed into a small part of the screen. Starting with v4.4.2.0, Informant selection happens on a second screen, after the user has selected the other form values.

When you select a form that requires an informant, the next screen will ask if you would like to create a new informant or use an existing informant:

If you choose to select an existing informant, you get a screen where you can pick from informants that have already filled out a form for this assessed person or you can search for any informant in the system:

If you choose to create a new informant, you have the opportunity to put in more than the informant name. If you enter in email address that address will be available for “Send Message to Informant”:
