New in v4.5.2.0: Changes to Complete Date Recording
< 1 min read
Previously in ASEBA-Web™, the complete date for a form was equal to the value entered in as “Today’s Date” in the form. The feedback we’ve received from our users is that making the complete date of the form equal to the recorded “Today’s Date” was inadequate.

Starting in v4.5.2.0, the recording of complete date will no longer be always the same date as Today’s Date, but will follow these rules:
- For electronic forms in ASEBA-Web™, the complete date will be set to when the informant completed the form in ASEBA-Informant™ by clicking on the “Finish” button and the associated notification is posted to ASEBA-Web™.
- For paper forms, self-printed forms, and electronic forms subsequently edited by clinicians in ASEBA-Web™ via Key-Entry, the complete date will be set to when the user in ASEBA-Web™ last saved the form via Key-Entry.
- For forms imported into ASEBA-Web™ from flat file, or for data transfer files created prior to the release of v4.5.2.0, the complete date will be set to “Today’s Date” recorded on the form.
